Meet Information:
The schedule is below. It is our hope that the Orange Race teams can be leaving as many of the Gray Race teams are arriving.

• Awards will be handed out as the athletes cross the line (top 40 finishers in the varsity races and top 15 in the JV)
• If teams leave before Cal Murdock has finalized team scores, I will mail you your team trophies (top-3 teams varsity, top JV and top Overall Team – combined genders)
• Fine Designs will be at the meet (like last year) designing t-shirts for your athletes
• PLEASE communicate with your parents: MASK UP, STAY AWAY FROM THE FINISH CHUTE, WAIT TO TALK TO THEIR KID BY THE TEAM CAMP, DON’T CROWD ON THE COURSE (it’s a big space). We simply cannot run a meet of this size with parents that can’t play ball.
• It’s a new course this year (very similar…just new start and finish lines), so busses should park along 12th St. or 7th Ave. NW. Small vans or cars can park off 12th St. in the Shady Acres Parking Lot, in Wartburg lots, or along 5th Ave. NW (there will be signs out as well).
• New course means new records to break…we have a new record board behind the awards stand with the old course record holders and the top-10 All-Timers/team champs). Check it out.
• Team camps can be set up south of the railroad tracks at Regents Park…South of the starting line in the old hay field…North of the starting line in another old hay field…across 12th st. in front of the Shady Acres Building, mid-hill under the tree-grove, on the course that only 6k/8k run on…etc etc. There should be plenty of places for you to be able to socially distance. Just be sure to stay off soccer fields.
• Bring your own water. While we will have athletic trainers out there…we are not allowed to provide water.
• No one is allowed in the W Athletic Center.
• There will be 16 porto-johns spaced out on the course.
